Spicy Coppa & Nduja, Goats Cheese & Pickled Red Onion


NEW Chef’s Special: Chef has created another meat feast using Nduja and Coppa, pickled red onion and, to add a delicious sweetness, goats cheese topped with fresh rocket.

Ingredients: Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Coppa Picante, Nduja, Goats Cheese, Pickled Red Onion, Rocket.

What is Coppa? Dry cured neck end fillet of pork, massaged with chilli, spices and herbs.

What is Nduja? A spicy, spreadable sausage from southern Italy. It’s made from pork, fat, herbs, spices and local Calabrian chillies, which give the sausage its heat and dark red colour.

All our pizzas are handmade in our kitchen using our own dough recipe.
Our dough is proved for a minimum 24 hours.
We use a mix of flour including Italian 00 flour, so our pizzas are not gluten free.
We create our own Italian inspired pizza recipes, using our handmade pizza dough as a plate to deliver a delicious combination of flavours.
