Focaccia (fuh-KA-cha) is an Italian traditional flat oven baked bread and is traditionally flavoured with olive oil – Chef has added extra flavour with his handmade garlic and parsley oil and a sprig of fresh rosemary.

A delicious starter by itself or for dipping into your favourite sauce or marinade or an olive oil and balsamic dip (Chef’s favourite).

(The name focaccia derives from the Roman “panis focacius,” meaning “hearth bread”, referring to the fact that focaccia was traditionally baked in coals in Roman times)

Ingredients: Chef’s handmade dough – proofed for 24 hours, Fresh Rosemary; Sea Salt; Garlic & Parsley Oil using Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
